Our inference servers sit in an ISO 27001 certified datacenter and are operated by us — no US-based AI provider is involved at any point. The exact location and every processor are disclosed in the privacy policy. All communication between the Mili agent and our services is encrypted with TLS. Our billing and support processors are named in the privacy policy, along with the data each one receives.
